Candice is a skilled dental professional with a well-rounded background in both clinical and administrative roles. After completing dental assistant training in 2016, Candice joined Warwick Dental as a hygiene assistant, where she gained valuable hands-on experience supporting patients and working closely with dental hygienists. Her passion for patient care and attention to detail led to a smooth transition into the front office, where she now serves as the Insurance Coordinator. In this role, Candice manages insurance claims and billing, ensuring communication between patients, insurance companies, and the dental team. With a strong foundation in both clinical and administrative functions, Candice is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both patients and the dental practice.

Kiela has been a licensed dental assistant since 2018, and recently transitioned to the role of hygiene coordinator, where she helps patients understand the importance of preventive care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and family, and she is passionate about music and attending sporting events.

Hannah works at the front desk as the Insurance Claim Coordinator at both Warwick Dental and OISD where she has the privilege of being the first point of contact for our patients. With a passion for helping people, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Her role involves scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, as well as Collections and insurance claims/payments. She strives to make each patient feel comfortable and cared for, whether it's answering questions, verifying insurance information, or helping with billing inquiries. She is dedicated to maintaining a positive and efficient front office environment, contributing to the overall success of the practice. She is always ready to assist with any patient needs and work closely with the dental team to ensure a seamless experience for our patients from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, journaling, hanging with friends and family, and music. She is committed to continuous learning and development, and values the opportunity to be a part of a team that provides exceptional care to our patients.

Meet Abby, our compassionate Healthcare Administration graduate from SWOSU (go Dawgs!). Since joining Warwick Dental in 2023, she's cherished the opportunity to connect with patients on a personal level, especially in helping those with dental anxiety feel at ease. Outside the office, Abby loves taking walks with her husband Brock and their dog Winston, and can never resist a spontaneous weekend getaway!

Jan Gerber is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they arrive. Known for her friendly greeting and genuine smile, she strives to ensure patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident as they begin their dental care journey.

Outside of the office, Jan enjoys spending time attending her son’s activities, traveling, and connecting with friends. She also finds fulfillment in helping her father on his farm and giving back to the community through volunteering.

Jennifer Davis is recognized for her adaptability and dedication to supporting the practice while ensuring patients receive high-quality care. She plays a key role in helping the office run smoothly and is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for both patients and the dental team.

When she’s not at work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, playing games with friends and family, and staying active with her dogs, Luna and Stella.

Myrna Gonzalez Aguilar is a dedicated front desk professional with over 14 years of experience in the dental field. She is passionate about helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their dental care, and genuinely enjoys educating patients and creating positive experiences from the very first interaction.

Known for her professionalism, integrity, and friendly approach, Myrna takes pride in being a reliable source of support for both patients and the dental team. Outside of work, she has been happily married for 22 years and is a proud mother of four. After a busy day, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.
